Cancellation Policy

At ALISA BEAUTY LOUNGE, your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We truly value your time and ours, and kindly ask that all guests respect our scheduling policies.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

Due to the impact of last-minute changes, the following fees apply:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice:
  A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

• No-show appointments:
  The full cost of the service (100%) will be charged to your card on file or deducted from any active gift certificate.
