Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident with every purchase from Alisa Beauty Lounge. Please review our return and exchange policy before sending any products back to us.

Before You Return
Before returning any products, please make sure all of the following conditions have been met.

The product you wish to return:

  • Must have all disposable seals still attached and intact.

  • Must be returned complete with all parts, packaging, inserts, and accessories.

  • Must be sent in its original packaging.

  • Must be shipped back to Alisa Beauty Lounge within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

  • Must be sent in one single shipment; products from the same order must be returned together.

  • Must be in the same condition you received it in.

  • Must be approved by our team before being shipped back.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, we will exchange the value of the returned product for another product of equal or greater value or a store credit.

Final Sale Notice:

We reserve the right to designate certain merchandise as non-returnable or final sale. Any such designation will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Refund Policy

Alisa Beauty Lounge does not offer refunds on products purchased online. Approved returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened hair care, skin care, body care, or styling products.

  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.

  • Hair brushes, combs, clips, accessories, and tools that have been opened or handled.

  • Gift cards.

  • Final sale, warehouse sale, clearance, discontinued, or promotional items.

  • Special orders.

  • Any product marked as final sale on the product page or at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your Alisa Beauty Lounge online purchase, please contact us within 14 days from the date you receive your shipment.

  1. To request an exchange or return, email at info@alisabeautylounge.ca with your order number, the product you would like to exchange, and the reason for your exchange request.

  2. Exchange requests must be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, sealed where applicable, in their original packaging, and approved by our team before being shipped back.

  3. Once approved, Alisa Beauty Lounge will provide instructions with a prepaid return shipping label for a flat fee of $10 for Canada and $15 for US orders will be deducted from your exchange credit or collected before the return label is issued.

  4. For orders shipped to the United States, Alisa Beauty Lounge reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on approved exchanges or returns to help offset the cost of duties, tariffs, customs processing, and cross-border return handling.

  5. Returns or exchanges sent without approval may not be accepted.

  6. Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, sealed where applicable, and in their original packaging.

  7. If a product is defective or you received the wrong item, we will exchange the item once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team. Photos may be required before an exchange is authorized.

  8. We do not refund items, but we will gladly exchange eligible items for a product of equal value or a store credit. If you choose an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

  9. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired, returned without approval, missing original packaging, opened, used, damaged, or not in the same condition you received them in.

  10. Customer Error:  placing your order, please double check that your shipping address is correct and deliverable. We know mistakes happen, which is why we offer a 2-hour window to make changes after your order is placed. Simply follow the self-serve instructions included in your order confirmation email.

  11. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.

  12. Carrier Error:  your package is returned or delayed due to a carrier issue, we will gladly cover the cost to reship your order within Canada and the contiguous United States. If you believe there’s been an issue with your delivery, please reach out to our team, we’re always happy to help.

  13. Delivered But Not Delivered: We wish every delivery went perfectly, but we know that occasionally packages can go missing or be marked as delivered a little early. Before reaching out, we recommend:                                                                                    • Double checking that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.                • Waiting 24 hours in case the package was prematurely marked as delivered.              • Checking with neighbours, concierge, or building management to see if the package was received on your behalf. Still no luck? Please contact our team and we’ll do our best to help locate your order.
