Orders over $100 CAD FREE Standard Shipping with tracking.

For orders below $100 CAD, flat rate shipping cost $10 CAD with tracking.

Orders over $150 CAD FREE Standard Shipping with tracking.

For orders below $150 CAD, flat rate shipping cost $15 CAD with tracking.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and will be delivered within 4-8 business days.

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees once the package arrives in the destination country. Please note that these charges are set by your local customs authority or carrier and are not collected by Alisa Beauty Lounge.

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning local duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the prices shown on our website or at checkout. If you are shopping internationally, we recommend reviewing your country’s import policies before placing your order.

By placing an international order with us, you authorize Alisa Beauty Lounge or our shipping partners to facilitate delivery to your destination country. You also acknowledge that your shipment may be subject to customs clearance, duties, and import taxes upon arrival.
